Introducing the Marna Lab

In the fall of 2018, the Hakai Institute is pleased to take you inside our newest laboratory at our Quadra Island Ecological Observatory. Filled with 40 specialized aquaria, the Marna Lab will allow us to test current theories about ocean acidification and climate change in controlled ways that are just not possible in the field.
